About Me

I dedicate most of my my working and free time to communities – I am lucky that what I enjoy is also part of my livelihood. Community operations, community events, community building, community processes – you name it.

In addition to that, I orginaze events of various types and sizes and occasionaly jump in as a project manager if needed.

Currently, my main occupation is community ops and occasional UX research for Česko.Digital My role is partly strategic, and partly operational. Besides day-to-day tasks, I am involved in service re/design, and the overall organization strategy and planning.

I help to develop, nurture, and support two other communities, Tech Execs and Dougnut Czechia.

My biggest event gig has been EuroPython. I joined the organizing team as the first paid Event Manager on board for the year 2025 in Prague and I am helping with the upcoming years as well.

The most specific event I have been part of is for sure Creative Bureaucracy Festival Prague. I have been part of the team since 2022 and I tried various roles, starting with the overall production in 2022, dramaturgy and coordination of the workshop track in 2024, and managing the whole organizing team in 2025. Looking forward to what 2026 edition brings!

In my free time, I am active in the Czech Python community, now mostly as an organizer of local events, for example Brno Python Pizza or PyCamp CZ Beta.
